Vic Village North and South are both located at the corner of South University and East University - right in the heart of Central Campus in Ann Arbor. We’re steps away from the Diag, School of Social Work, Law Quad, Ross School of Business, School of Education, East Hall and the Central Campus Transit Center.

There is a $50 application fee per person. If you’re adding a guarantor (co-signer), there is no additional cost for them.

Yes. Each resident signs an individual lease and must submit their own online application. You’ll be asked to list your preferred roommates during the process so we can place you together.

Yes. When applying online, you'll complete a roommate matching profile to help us pair you with roommates who share similar lifestyles and preferences.

Leases are for 12 monthly installments, covering August 22, 2026 – July 31, 2027.  The occupancy spans just under 12 months to allow time for apartment preparation between residents.

Your total contract amount is split into 12 equal installments, due on the 1st of each month from August 2026 through July 2027.

Please note: Installments are not monthly rent and are not prorated. The sum of the contract signed is split evenly into 12 payments.

You are responsible for:
• Electricity: Based on usage; average is $15–$30/month per person.  
• Water/Sewer: Flat rate of $12.50/month.

• With a qualified guarantor: $249.
• Without a guarantor (self-qualifying): 1.5x your monthly rent installment.

• Your rent installment (as listed in your lease)
• Electricity usage, including the third-party billing charge
• Water/Sewer
• Parking (optional)
• Renter’s Insurance – (if you opt into our policy)

Yes, you have two options for renter's insurance:
    1. Do nothing and be automatically enrolled in our limited liability coverage for $12.95/month.
    2. Provide your own policy and opt out of our coverage.

• Renewing: Stay in your current apartment without moving out—just enter into a new lease for the new term.
• Transferring: If you’d like a different floor plan, we offer direct and gap transfers depending on your summer plans. Contact the office for details.

Yes, all apartments come fully furnished:
• Bedroom: Full-size bed frame and mattress, two dressers, and a desk with chair.
• Living Room: Couch, coffee table, end table, entertainment stand, TV, and barstools.

Yes! Every apartment includes a full-sized washer and dryer.
